In Dublin our Cyclepaths were Designed by the same guy who did Tomb Raider . We have to share them with Buses . They appear along stretches of Roads where they are not necessary and then Disappear ,for no reason, on busy streets and Junctions .
But in Fairview we had the Cyclepath that ran along the outside of the left hand turn lane for Vehiciles to get on to the Malahide road !
Even when you had a green light and the Right of Way you had to look over your Shoulder in case you got Hammered by a Four Wheeler who had no other option in Trying to turn Left !
On returning to Town last April I found that my Favourite Cyclepath had gone . Nothing was put in its Place .
